Lagarinhos ( port. Lagarinhos ) is a region ( fressees ) in Portugal , part of Guarda district. It is an integral part of the municipality of Govayya . It is located within the large urban agglomeration Big Viseu . According to the old administrative division was part of the province of Beira-Alta . Included in the economic statistical subregion of Serra da Estrela , which is included in the Central region . The population is 503 people for 2001 . It covers an area of 10.32 km².
