Biography
He graduated from the Higher Art School at the Imperial Academy of Arts (1904). In his student years, together with friends ( V. Schuko , N. and E. Lansere , N. Sokolov, A. Tamanyan , E. Schreter) organized an architectural circle, studied the buildings of St. Petersburg, made their sketches and measurements [1] .
He worked in St. Petersburg and in Moscow . After 1920, he emigrated, lived in Turkey , the USA , and later in Uruguay . In Uruguay, he worked in the management of railways and was engaged in teaching activities.
Projects in St. Petersburg
- 2nd Murinsky Prospect , 12, Building 3, 1913 [2] (according to other sources, 1911 - 1912 [3] ). The building of the hospital of V. B. Perovskaya for the poor (was popularly known as the Holguin shelter ). In co-authorship with V.I. Van der Gucht . The hospital was built at the expense of V.V. Perovskaya.
- 15th line , d.№ 86 - apartment building. 1913 .
- Gavanskaya street , 26 - five-story building of A. M. Kuzmina. 1906
- Olgino , Field, 13, 15, Nadezhdinskaya (now Kommunarov St.), 12. [4] There, the architect built three houses at once, two for himself and one for renting to summer residents.
