Cessna 120

Cessna-120 ( eng. Cessna 120 ) is an ultra-light multi-purpose single-engine piston aircraft , a double monoplane with a closed cabin. The prototype made the first flight on June 28, 1945 . The plane was all-metal, with the exception of canvas wing trim, the landing gear consisted of a non-retractable tail wheel and bespodkosnyh main racks of spring steel. The base Model 120 was supplemented by the Model 140 "luxury", which had hand-operated flaps, additional portholes in the cabin and a single electrical system. Model 120 provided a secure financial position for Cessna in the post-war period. In 1948, Cessna introduced the Model 170 , a slightly increased four-seater modification of the Model 120, equipped with a new engine. [one]
