Proclus ( dr. Greek Προκλῆς ) is a character in ancient Greek mythology. The son of Pitireus, a descendant of Jonah . A contemporary of the Dorian invasion.
He brought the Ionians who had left Epidaurus from Athens to Samos . Leogor 's father. [1] . He founded a colony on Samos later than Tembrion [2] . According to Aetli, under Archon Proclus, the ksoan of Hera of Samos, which was previously a board, acquired a human appearance [3] . This ksoan was made by Smilides [4] . From him came the noble family of Proclides [5] .
