History
The settlement was founded in 1992 as a horticultural partnership of the Salavatian enterprise, Mechanization Department No. 5.
In accordance with Federal Law of December 18, 1997 No. 152-ФЗ “On Names of Geographical Objects”, the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan decided [2] [3] to assign the name Yasheltau to a geographical object - a village formed in the Skvorchikhinsky Village Council of the Ishimbay District of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
In 2007, by the decision of the council of the municipal district of Ishimbay district, a village was formed from the summer non-profit partnership “Yashel-Tau”.

Geographical position
It is located on the right bank of the Belaya River , near Mount Zirgantau , near the city of Salavat .
