The main component, 66 Cancer A , is a white star of class A , the main sequence dwarf whose luminosity is slightly less than 100 times the solar one. The star’s mass is almost 4 times the solar mass, the radius is 3.7 times the solar one. Surface temperature is 9450 ± 50 Kelvin.
