Aeneas , or Oinei [1] ( dr. Greek Οἰνεύς ) - in ancient Greek mythology - the king of Calydon , the son and successor of King Porfon [2] and Hebrew. For some, the grandson of Ares [3] . The name is derived from the word " wine " ( dr. Greek. Οἴνη , Mycenae. Wo-no [4] ).

The first to receive a vine from Dionysus was a gift (according to the story, because Dionysus spent the night with his wife Alfey [5] ).
Oineas was married twice: his first wife, Alpheus , daughter of Festius. Her children are Toxei, Tyreus, Klymene, Meleager , Gorga , Dejanir (or Ferey, , Toxei, Klimen, Gorg and Dejanir [6] ); or also Periphant, Gorga, Eurimed and Melanippus [3] .
He fell into myths thanks to his descendants, as well as due to one of his oversights: once, when he offered the gods grateful sacrifices for the harvest, he forgot about the goddess Artemis , and she sent a monstrous boar to Kalidon in revenge.
Declared a hunt for the Calydonian boar. As a result of the outbreak of war, his son and wife died. According to the version, the sisters of Meleager (except Gorga and Dejanira) turned into birds from tears [7] .
The second wife of Peribeus gave birth to him Tideus , one of the leaders of the ill-fated campaign " Seven against Thebes ", as well as Olenia.
Known for its hospitality. Oiney treated Bellerophon in his house for 20 days, gave him a belt, and in return received a cup [8] . He took a nurse with infants Agamemnon and Menelaus [9] . Welcomed Alkmeon [10] . There is a story that he met with Hercules in Flunt, and Hercules accidentally killed Kiaf - Oiney's butler [11] .
In old age, he was overthrown by the sons of Agria and imprisoned. Then Diomedes freed him and took him to the Peloponnese. Two sons Agrius killed him at the altar of Teleus in Arcadia. Diomedes buried him in the city, which became known as Enoy [12] . Or Oineus was deprived of power by the sons of Agrius and arrived in Argos. He was buried in the town of Enoy in Argolis [13] .
