Biography

Fedor Alekseevich Lukov was born in 1761 in Moscow. In the formulary in the column, the estate says: "... of the soldiers' children . " He entered the service at the age of 14, on September 5, 1775, as a private in the Sevsky Infantry Regiment . He consistently held the positions of clerk, courier , sergeant , and auditor. In April 1793 he was promoted to lieutenant .

As part of his regiment, he participated in the hostilities in Poland in 1783-1784 and 1793-1794 . In 1799 he took part in the War with the French in Switzerland as a battalion commander and in the rank of major.

Since 1807, participates in the Russian-Prussian-French war , distinguished himself in the battles of Yankov and Lansberg, in the battle of Preisisch-Eylau , on the Passargue River, in the battle of Heilsberg . He was injured in his right hand.

In the Russian-Swedish war in 1808-1809 he distinguished himself in the battles of Kuopio, Kuortan , Salmi, Orovais , Torneo and Umea. He was presented for awarding the Order of St. George of the 4th class on February 15, 1809

 In retaliation for the excellent courage and courage shown in the last campaign against the Swedes in the battle of Salmi on August 21, where, having commanded a regiment in reserve, and then in the center with courageous and prudent orders, he didn’t allow the enemy to cut off our left flank, and when the right was overturned, it reinforced time; he also perpetrated during our attack on their fortifications and quickly attacked the enemy from the center with the remaining battalion, which contributed much to the capture of enemy fortifications. 

In February 1810 he took command of his Sevsky Musketeer Regiment , which in February 1811 was renamed the Sevsky Infantry Regiment . In August 1811 he received the rank of colonel .

In the Patriotic War of 1812, the Sevsky 34th Infantry Regiment under the command of Colonel F. A. Lukov as part of the 1st Brigade of the 5th Infantry Division in the 1st Infantry Corps of P. Kh. Wittgenstein already fought with the French near Vilkomir on June 27 . When the Russian army retreated from the camp near Drissa, it blocked the road to St. Petersburg against the French corps of MacDonald (in Courland ) and Udino (on the banks of the Dvina ). Under the village of Boyarschina Lukov was shot in the leg with buckshot and since July 21, 1812 he was in Pskov for treatment. He returned to the regiment after being cured in October and distinguished himself in the battle of Smolyany and in the Battle of Chashniki , for which he was granted the rank of Major General on May 27, 1813 . He took part in the battles near Klyastitsy , near Golovchitsy , near Polotsk , on the Berezina .

The following year, 1813, took part in an overseas campaign, commanded the 5th Infantry Division, fought under Lutsen , Bautzen . For the difference in the campaign in July he was awarded the Order of St. George of the 3rd class (No. 312)

 In retribution of the excellent courage and courage shown in the battles against the French troops on November 15 and 16, 1812 at Borisov and Stuyanka. 

In the battle of Dresden he was killed. Buried on the battlefield.
