Inspired by the viewing of the favorite program “Good morning, Earth”, Bender prepares a completely inedible breakfast for everyone. After listening to Leela and Fry's conversation, Bender realizes that he is a cook in cooking , so he, in deep sadness, leaves a farewell letter and leaves.
Meanwhile, Dr. Zoidberg accidentally breaks the pride of Professor Farnsworth - a model of a ship in a bottle . Zoidberg comes up with a cunning plan on how to blame Fry.
Bender asks the great chef Elsar to teach him the art of cooking, but he refuses. Depressed Bender is sent to a remote asteroid Bumbaza Alpha . There he meets Helmut Spargl - the chef who once taught Elsar. Hellmuth agrees to teach Bender all the cooking skills to take revenge on Elzar, whom he blames for the collapse of his career . At the end of the training, Bender prepares a dinner for the teacher, which ... kills him. But before he dies, Helmut manages to convey to the robot an “ideal seasoning” - some kind of liquid in a bubble. Bender vows revenge on Elzar for the death of a teacher by winning a culinary competition.
Returning to the office, the Professor finds a broken bottle. All the evidence points to Fry. Although Fry does not remember his misdemeanor, he pays Farnsworth $ 10 for the destroyed ship. Zoidberg feels guilty for having set up a friend.
Bender is a culinary duel Elsar live program "Iron Chef". Elzar is preparing a stunningly beautiful dish, and the robot - disgusting, but the jury awards the victory to Bender. He added the "perfect seasoning".
