Friedrich Christian Benedikt Ave-Lallemant ( German: Friedrich Christian Benedikt Avé-Lallemant ; May 23, 1809 , Lübeck - July 20, 1892 , Berlin ) is a German forensic scientist and writer .

Biography
Friedrich Christian Benedict Ave-Lalleman was born in the family of a music teacher. The famous doctor of his time Robert Christian Bertold Ave-Lalleman and music critic Theodore Ave-Lalleman were his brothers.
He was educated at the gymnasium of his native city of Lübeck , in parallel received a musical education thanks to the lessons of his father. After graduating from high school, he entered the University of Jena , where Ave-Lalleman studied law .
In 1834 he graduated from the University and worked for seven years as a lawyer in Lübeck. September 20, 1842 he married Ida Wilhelmine Bluer ( German: Ida Wilhelmine Blüher ). Five daughters and two sons were born in the marriage.
In 1843 he received the post of prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Lübeck. In 1851 , after a complete reorganization of the Lübeck police, Ave-Lalleman was appointed to the post of actuary . In parallel, until 1852, he headed his own office.
Ave-Lalleman made a significant contribution to the development of forensics . In 1858, he wrote his famous book “ Das deutsche Gaunertum ”, in which Ave-Lalleman described the development of the class of scammers, and in the appendix to the book he placed a dictionary of thieves' jargon.
In 1864, his wife died. But already on November 8, 1866 he married Johannes Eliza Dittmer ( German: Johanna Elise Dittmer ).
In 1868 , at the age of 59, Ave-Lalleman resigned. In 1882 he moved to Berlin . July 20, 1892, aged 83 years old, died.
