Bulat Okudzhava International Festival is a music festival dedicated to the work of Bulat Okudzhava . It has been held since 2001 in different countries of the world. The founder and organizer of the festival is the television company REN TV . The author of the idea of the festival and the producer is the president of the television company Irena Lesnevskaya .
The festival program traditionally includes performances by performers of songs of the famous Russian bard from around the world in Russian , Polish , Japanese , Hebrew , Swedish , French , English , Czech , Georgian .

First Festival
It was held on June 9, 2001 in Moscow at the Vakhtangov Theater on Old Arbat .
Second Festival
The second festival was held on May 24, 2003 at the Market Square in Krakow ( Poland ) under the auspices of UNESCO under the agreement between the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of Poland with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Trade of the Russian Federation . The festival was attended by 69 artists from different countries. The festival was conducted by Alexander Domogarov , Evgenia Kryukova and Peter Baltroshchuk .
