Story
The picture tells about the fate of the taiga hunter Leonty Shirokov, who became a cadet of the flying club in the pre-war years and thus realized his cherished dream of heaven. However, submission to strict army discipline turned out to be quite a difficult task for the young guy. Having overcome his own character, he becomes a real pilot, capable, if necessary, of defending his homeland ...
Live images of the main characters won the hearts of Soviet viewers and the film, released in the pre-war time, played a role in attracting young people to military aviation.
