Biography
Graduated from Karaganda State University .
He began his career in 1978 as an assistant at the Zhezkazgan Pedagogical Institute.
In 1982-1986 - Lecturer, graduate student of Moscow State University (MSU). M. Lomonosov.
He served in the ranks of the Soviet Army . He was engaged in scientific and teaching activities.
In 1990 - 1994 , Member of the Committee on Science and Public Education of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR.
Member of the Supreme Council of the Republic. Secretary of the Political Executive Committee of the Socialist Party of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1995, by order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on domestic policy issues.
Since 1998 - Director of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2000 - Head of the socio-political department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2002 - Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on domestic policy issues.
On January 18, 2006, by decree of the President of Kazakhstan, Ermukhamet Ertysbaev was appointed Minister of Culture, Information and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan. [one]
