Jet ( Fr. Jette [ˈʒɛt] ), or Ette ( Dutch Jette [ˈjɛtə] ) is one of the nineteen communes that together comprise the Brussels-Capital Region . Jet is located in the northwestern part of the Brussels agglomeration. The population of the commune is 43.5 thousand people.)

The Jet borders with the following communes (clockwise): City of Brussels , Molenbeek-Saint-Jean , Kukelberg , Ganshoren , Asse and Wemmel (the last two communes are not Brussels, but Flemish ).
In Jeta, there is the campus of the medical faculty of the Dutch-speaking Free University of Brussels .

Transport
In Zhety there is an existing railway station serving two lines: line 50 Brussels- Ghent and line 60 Jet- Dendermonde .
Jet has one metro station - Belgica. In fact, it is located on the border of Jeta and Molenbek-Saint-Jean .
