Scientific activity
The sphere of creative interests is the role of art in social life, the general laws and paradoxes of the sociocultural process as the unity of global knowledge, refined feelings and beliefs, the drama of human life, the meaning and prospects of modern civilization.
The first period of the literary and creative activity of V. Razumny (the fifties and sixties of the XX century) was devoted to the development of general geological problems of aesthetics, such as the artistic image, typical in art, the nature of artistic generalization. He substantiated the understanding of the artistic image as a kind of synthesis of truth, beauty and goodness, opposed the dogmatic understanding of realism, upholding the legitimacy of conventionality in the framework of realistic creative thinking. The main monographs of this period are “The Typical Problem in Aesthetics”, “On the Nature of Artistic Generalization”, “The Unity of the Ethical and Aesthetic in Art”. The results of these studies were reported to him at the 5th International Congress on Aesthetics in Amsterdam.
The second stage of his scientific activity (seventies - eighties of the XX century) - the study of new art and educational systems in Russia, the world experience of aesthetic education of youth. He formulated the concept of "P - P - D" (need - experience - action), suggesting the possibility of a constructive and effective change in the aesthetic needs of an individual only through a pedagogically organized action, operationally affecting a person's experience, its entire structure. The main monograph of the second stage is “Aesthetic education. Essence. Forms. Methods. " During this period, he presented for public discussion a program of integrative education, which involves the transformation of a traditional school as an obsolete Institute of the Enlightenment. The core of his program were the ideas of decolcification, post-Cartesian didactics and the use of gaming technologies in the educational process. The theoretical results of the research of the second stage were reported by V. Razumny at the 6th International Congress on Aesthetics in Uppsala.
In the last period, V. Razumny published a series of works on the dramatic nature of being, on the philosophy of memorialism, on the comparative theory of dogma - “The Dramatism of Being or the Acquisition of Meaning”, “In Search of Meaning. Essays on Universal Yehuism. ” Last year, he worked on the completion of the final monograph of this cycle: "Thirteenth Night or Before Sunset of Hope."
Since 1949 V. Reasonable systematically appeared in the press, in the media as a critic, publicist and essayist. In total, he published 41 book editions, 360 articles on the problem of the dynamics of modern culture. For more than fifty-five years, he led a systematic scientific, organizational and pedagogical activity. He was the director of the Pedagogy academic publishing house that he created in 1968, and the editor of many scientific publications, monographs, and collections.
