Shatskov, Andrei Vladislavovich

1976 - graduated from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute. He worked in the specialty in Glavmosoblstroy, the USSR Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Ministry of Transport of Russia and the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) under the President of Russia .
