Born December 30, 1958 in the city of Stalin . (Ukraine). Of the workers. In 1982 he graduated from Donetsk State University . Specialization - physics of superhigh frequencies . University graduate work in 1983 took 2nd place at the All-Ukrainian competition of student graduate works . In 1982, he was admitted to the electricity distribution and conversion sector of the Research Institute of Integrated Automation (Donetsk). In 1988, he joined the Donetsk Special Design Bureau of Radio Engineering Devices. The production responsibilities included the creation of the power supply system for the product “ Chain mail ”. The product “Chain mail” was awarded the State Prize of Ukraine in 2004.

Heraldry began to deal with in 1992. The main area of ​​heraldic activity is the development of administrative and municipal symbols (emblems and flags) of the Donetsk region. The author of 37 emblems and flags of municipal and administrative entities of the Donetsk region. Since 2004 - full member of the Ukrainian Heraldic Society. Actively working in the field of local history . Since 2005 - a full member of the All-Ukrainian Union of Local History. Local history activity is aimed at studying the history of Donetsk technology. Head of a joint project between Germany and Ukraine on the creation of emblems for former German settlements in the Donetsk region . Since 2005 - full member of the All-Russian Heraldic Society. He has published over 200 articles in Internet resources, regional newspapers and magazines on heraldry and local history.
