Heinrich Genrichovich König ( German: Heinrich König ; 1894, Berlin - 1938) is a Russian communist, one of the founders of the Autonomous Region of the Volga Germans .

Short Biography
Since 1917, a member of the Volga German Socialist Union (SNA), chairman of the Saratov cell. From the same year, a member of the RSDLP (b) . He played one of the most important roles in creating German autonomy in the Volga region. In 1918-1919, together with Adam Emich, he opposed the immediate elimination of the SNA and the creation in its place of the German organization of the RCP (B.). In 1919-1920, he opposed the food surplus in the AO [1] . From 1921 to 1928, secretary, then executive secretary of the regional committee of the RCP (b) and the CPSU (b) JSC, and then the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of the Volga region.
At the end of the 1930s - deputy chairman of the State Planning Committee under the SNK of the Kazakh SSR . Convicted by a decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR of March 7, 1938, shot. Rehabilitated posthumously by the definition of the HCVF of the USSR of June 20, 1957.
