Nina Fedorovna Boeva ( 1890 , Lipetsk - 1956 ) - Soviet astronomer . In 1921 - 1943 she worked at the Pulkovo Observatory . She also worked at the Institute of Theoretical Astronomy . In 1936 she was arrested in connection with the "Pulkovo case" .

The small planet ( 1654 Boeva ), discovered by P.F. Schein on October 8, 1931 at the Simeiz Observatory, is named after Boevoy.
