As part of the system integration area (the R-Style Company subdivision) provides IT consulting services, ERP and CRM systems implementation, training, support, supplies servers, personal computers and office equipment, designs and installs local area networks and structured cable systems .
In the area of production of computer equipment (R-Style Computers) under the R-Style trademark, the company produced personal computers , workstations , multimedia centers, data storage systems , terminal stations, mobile computers, telecommunication racks . Since June 2013, production has been discontinued.
The R-Style Softlab division develops application software for banks and some other industries.
The R-Style Training Center (information technology training) and E-Style Software House, a division of custom software development, are also highlighted in the company’s structure.
In December 2012, a controlling stake in the company was acquired by Alexander Klyachin (owner of the Metropol hotel and the Azimut hotel chain), the deal was valued at about $ 100 million. Prior to this, the main shareholders were the founders - Vyacheslav Rudnikov and Vasily Vasin , as of 2008 owned 53% and 12.62%, respectively [1] .
In 2014, searches were conducted at the company’s office on Prishvina Street, and the founder of the company, Vyacheslav Rudnikov, was charged under article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud). According to the investigation, in 2010 Vyacheslav Rudnikov and Alexander Fomchenkov fraudulently acquired 80% of the authorized capital of KS-Trust LLC, the cost of which is at least 660,884,800 rubles. By this action V. Rudnikov and A. Fomchenkov harmed foreign investors. The investigation against V. Rudnikov in 2015 was sent to court, the ex-head of R-Style is on his own recognizance, he faces up to 7.5 years in prison. [2] . There is no reliable data on the functioning of R-Style, the last addition of materials to the company's website was made in 2015. [3] .
