Content
Geographical position
The settlement is located in the south-eastern part of Podporozhsky district.
The distance from the administrative center of the settlement to the district center is 75 km [1] .
Bordered by:
- in the north - with Podporozhsky urban settlement
- in the northeast - with Voznesensky urban settlement
- in the east - with the Vologda region
- in the south - with the Tikhvin municipal district
- in the west - with Lodeynopolsky municipal district
On the territory of the settlement flows many rivers, the largest of which is Oyat . There are also many lakes.
History
In the middle of the 19th century, Vinnitsa volost was formed as part of the Lodeynopolsky district of the Olonets province .
In the early 1920s, the Vinnitsa village council was formed as part of the Vinnitsa parish .
In August 1927, the Vinnitsa Village Council became part of the newly formed Vinnitsa District of the Lodeinopolsky District of the Leningrad Region .
In November 1928, the Tukshinsky Village Council became part of the Vinnitsa Village Council .
According to the data of 1933, the center of the Vinnytsia village council was the Andronovskaya village, the village council included 42 settlements, the population - 2,870 people.
On February 1, 1963, the Vinnitsa district was liquidated, the Vinnytsia village council became part of the Lodeinopolsky district , and on January 11, 1965 it became part of the Podporozhsky district .
On May 22, 1965, the Gonginsky Village Council was joined to the Vinnytsia Village Council [2] .
According to the data of 1973, the center of the village council was the village of Vinnitsa (in which the Andronovskaya village was included) [3] .
On January 18, 1994, the Vinnitsa Village Council , as well as all other village councils of the region, was transformed into the Vinnitsa volost [4] by a decree of the head of the administration of the Leningrad region No. 10 “On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the districts of the Leningrad region”.
On January 1, 2006, in accordance with the regional law No. 51-oz of September 1, 2004 “On the Establishment of Borders and the Granting of the Status of a Municipal Formation of the Podporozhsky Municipal District and Municipal Formations in Its Structure”, the Vinnitsa rural settlement was formed ; , Kurbinsky, Ozersky and Yaroslavl volosts [5] .
