Biography
The son of a court counselor.
- September 16, 1870 he was enrolled in the Maritime College, which he graduated March 31, 1874 with the rank of midshipman .
- April 12, 1874 was credited to the 3rd naval crew .
- September 30, 1875 promoted to the rank of midshipman .
- On September 28, 1876, he was enrolled as a student in the Mine officer class , after graduating from the Mine officer class, in 1877 he was enrolled in mine officers of the 1st category.
- September 23, 1877 was appointed mine officer clipper "Dzhigit . "
- In 1879, as part of the crew of the clipper "Dzhigit" under the command of the captain of the 2nd rank K.K. de Livron was at the disposal of the Russian consul in Hawaii .
- January 1, 1880 promoted to the rank of lieutenant .
- May 24, 1882 he was appointed commander of the destroyer "Seagull".

- In 1910 he received the right to wear a gold sign in memory of the end of the full course of sciences of the Naval Cadet Corps .
- In 1910 - 1912, he chaired the Special Committee on the Organization of the Amur Flotilla .
- In 1912 - 1916, he chaired the Special Committee on the Organization of Coastal Defense.
- April 14, 1913 promoted to the rank of admiral .
- In 1914, he received the right to wear a commemorative sign for the defender of the Port Arthur fortress.
- In 1915 he was awarded the distinction for 50 years of excellent service on the St. George ribbon.
- At the end of 1915 he was appointed a member of the Admiralty Council of the Naval Ministry.
- June 21, 1916 dismissed from service upon reaching the age limit.
They are dismissed from service: after the expiration of the six-year statutory period of stay in the Admiralty Council: members of the Admiralty Council, admirals: Reicenshtein and Zatsarenny , both with uniform and pension.
