Prospect Metallistov is a major transport highway in the northern part of St. Petersburg . Passes from Anchor Street ( Krasnogvardeisky District ) to Laboratory Street ( Kalininsky District ).

History

The name was given in November 1962 in honor of the workers of the Leningrad Metal Plant .

The current avenue was laid in 1962 and included the former Anisimovsky (or Anisimov) Lane, Lyubashinsky Avenue and Pokrovskaya Street.
