Biography
He was born on February 12, 1950 in the village of Zhuravlih, Baltai district , Saratov region, in a peasant large family (five sisters and a brother). Father, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War , a driver, was repressed, spent three years in camps, later rehabilitated, became a member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union , in the village of Zhuravlyha he led the integrated brigade of the “Dawn of Communism” collective farm for 320-350 collective farmers.
Education
Anatoly Morozov attended one school with the future governor of the Saratov region Dmitry Ayatskov .
In 1969, he graduated from the Saratov Mounting College, majoring in technician-technologist, in the installation of equipment for petrochemical and oil refining enterprises. [2]
In 1977 he graduated from the Togliatti Polytechnic Institute with a degree in civil engineering. [2]
Labor and Political Activities
He began his career in 1968 as a fitter in the Leningrad Region.
From 1969 to 1972 - fitter, foreman of the installation team of the 1st Kuybyshev assembly department of the Neftekhimmontazh trust (part of the USSR Ministry of Construction and Installation). [2]
From 1973 to 1979 - fitter of the 5th category, foreman, foreman, engineer and production department of the 1st Togliatti Construction and Installation Department. [2]
From 1975 to 1979 - at the Komsomol work, Secretary of the primary Komsomol cell of the Kuybyshev assembly department of the Neftekhimmontazh Trust for the construction of AvtoVAZ production facilities and chemical enterprises. [one]

In 2000-2001, after deputy activity, he headed the Togliatti local branch of the Unity party as secretary, replacing the entrepreneur (president of the VIZA company) Vitaly Zykov, who previously headed the branch of the movement of the same name before the reorganization.
