Karen Eduardovich Dzhangirov (born 1956 , Baku ) - poet - verlibrist . He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University and graduate school with him. Since 1978, he has been developing and systematizing the Russian verliber . Published in the central periodicals and anthologies of Russian poetry. Poems were translated into foreign languages. The author of 17 published books of verlibres. The compiler and author of the first in the USSR group collection of verbalists “White Square” (1988), which approved the position of the verlibre in modern Russian poetry, as well as several other anthologies of Russian verlibre. President of the "Association of Russian Verliber" (1991, broke up in 1995).
