Desktop screen printing installation - designed to apply drawings, texts and other information to flat blanks of paper , cardboard, ceramic, metal or material at the request of the customer.
It consists of a frame with a stencil holder in the form of an evacuated table with centering pins removed under the action of vacuum; squeegee with a movement mechanism and a coordinate table with micrometric screws, providing movement of the coordinate table along the axes.
The processed material is laid on a table, oriented relative to the screen with centering pins, include a vacuum. The screen frame with the previously applied paint is lowered, the handle turns on the mechanism for moving the squeegee and the drawing is ready. To ensure operation, the device is additionally equipped with a vacuum pump and, if necessary, a compressor.
