System Description
The modern tramway line was originally a temporary Abakan railway - the SSHPP under construction, through which building materials and special equipment were delivered, and also served one passenger train DR1 for the delivery of builders [1] . After the launch of the hydropower station, the line at the Sayanogorsk-Cheryomushki section was dismantled, leaving a single track section from the Second Terrace in Cheryomushki to the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP, electrified, and a tram was launched along it.
The line has no turning rings, sidings or reversible deadlocks, so peak morning and evening flights are performed by three cars following each other, [2] that is, at the same time, a maximum of three cars out of six go onto the line. Medium repairs are made on their own on the territory of the tram section owned by OJSC Sayano-Shushensky Hydroenergoremont. Overhaul in the building of the Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP itself.
The only route passes the line in 15 minutes and turns back and forth in 1 hour. Strictly maintained the clock schedule . The first flight departs from the depot to the residential town at 6:15 am, the last one departs at the depot at 20:00. [2] . The tram line is open on weekdays.
Rolling Stock
In the household of the Cheryomushkinsky system there are six two-sided, two-cab cars 71-88 based on LM-68M , built in Leningrad specifically for Cheryomushki.
