“They Will Not Catch Us” - the second single from the album “ 200 On the Counter ” of the group “ Tatu ”, released in 2001. The authors of the song are Elena Kiper , Sergey Galoyan and Valery Polienko . In May 2002, an English version was released called Not Gonna Get Us , and in the English version of the first album, a 04:21 version of “They Will Not Catch Us” was released with reworked arrangements and vocals.

On February 7, 2014, a passage of the song was used twice in the opening ceremony of the XXII Olympic Winter Games in Sochi . Athletes from Russia entered the remix of Queen 's We Will Rock You songs and We Will Rock You . In the artistic part, in which the ballet depicted the events of the country of the second half of the 20th century, the passage “They Will Not Catch Us” was mixed with “Saber Dance” by A. I. Khachaturian .

In the video clip for the song, the characters of Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina , being represented as prisoners, escape, stealing a truck (a tanker based on the KrAZ-258 with a TZ-22 trailer), and knock down a road worker, played by Ivan Shapovalov . Participants of the group during the filming were duplicated by stuntmen Varvara Nikitina and Anastasia Ivanova [1] . According to Nikitina, the shooting took place at a temperature of −20 ° C, while the fuel truck moved without a driver using a tractor [2] .
