Full name - Joint-stock company "Concern" Radio Engineering and Information Systems ".
It was established in 2000 by Sistema financial corporation on the basis of two leading Russian radio engineering institutes - RTI and NIIDAR - with the goal of "building a business from the institute" [3] . The headquarters of the company is located in Moscow .

Owners and management
As of 2017, the main shareholder of JSC Concern RTI Systems is the holding JSC RTI [1] . The shareholders of RTI JSC, in turn, are AFK Sistema (87%), Sovcombank (10%) and S. F. Boev (3%) [4] . RTI OJSC was established by Sistema JSFC and the Bank of Moscow in February 2011 by depositing 97% of the shares of RTI Sistema Concern OJSC owned by Sistema JSFC and cash (2.88 billion rubles - AFC Sistema and 3 billion rubles - Bank of Moscow) [5] [6] .
