Biography
- 1970 - 1972 - served in the Soviet army.
- 1973 - 1978 - Armenian Agricultural Institute. Economist. Doctor of Economics, professor. Corresponding Member of the Armenian Agricultural Academy of Sciences.
- 1978 - 1979 - economist of the collective farm named. Gaya in the village of Kamo, Akhuryan district .
- 1979 - 1998 - worked at the department of production organization of the Armenian Agricultural Institute as an assistant, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department.
- 1986 - 1994 - Chairman of the trade union committee of the Armenian Agricultural Institute.
- 1995 - 1999 - Head of the Main Department of Education, Science and the Introduction of New Technologies of the Ministry of Agriculture of Armenia
- 1999 - 2002 - Member of Parliament. Member of the Standing Committee on fiscal, credit and economic issues. Nonpartisan
- 2002 - 2011 - First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Armenia.
- 2011 - 2013 - Professor of the National Agrarian University of Armenia , Director of the Scientific Center for Agrarian Policy and Economics.
- 2013 - Director of the Amberd Scientific Center of the Armenian State University of Economics [1] .
Author of 6 monographs and over 130 scientific articles.
