The station has one island platform. At the northern end of the platform is a wooden ticket office and a brick office building. At the station there is a branch - a single-track railway line Orekhovo - Steklyanny, serving the needs of the oil depot located in the village of Steklyny.

After the declaration of the sovereignty of Finland , from 1918 to 1939 the platform was the last on the Soviet part of the Petrograd - Kexholm railway built before the revolution, then on the stretch to the Nuyala station ( Fin. Nuijala , now 67 km square ), which is less than a kilometer north of Orekhovo crossed the state border with Finland, there were no rails.
