The regional public foundation named after Hero of Russia Akhmat Kadyrov is a charitable organization in the Chechen Republic , founded in 2004. The president of the fund is Kadyrova Aimani Nesievna , the widow of Akhmat Kadyrov , the mother of Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov , the Head of the Chechen Republic.

Financing
According to Ramzan Kadyrov, the fund was created by his friends and friends of his father. Kadyrov noted that Chechen entrepreneurs, in particular, Ruslan Baysarov and Umar Dzhabrailov, contribute money to the fund [1] [2] .
According to the Kommersant and Moskovsky Komsomolets newspapers, the fund is financed, inter alia, by compulsory deductions from public sector salaries. In addition, according to the same data, reports on the work of the fund are not available on the website of the Ministry of Justice, unlike other non-profit organizations. [3]
Activities
The fund is engaged in the implementation of social projects in the republic. In particular, it promotes the construction of housing, bridges, roads, and also helps citizens who find themselves in difficult life situations. It is financed by the Republican Sports Club "Ramzan" (the head of the club is Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov), which has branches throughout the Chechen Republic. He is the title sponsor of ANO "Republican Football Club" Akhmat "" (Grozny), speaking in the Premier League, the honorary president of the club is Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov.
The fund assists the families of the deceased journalists [4] , as well as employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Foundation is the organizer of the annual all-Russian contest " Golden Pen " [5] .
In May 2007, the fund allocated material assistance and cars to more than 100 veterans of World War II [6] .
The fund financed the construction of the Cathedral Juma Mosque " Heart of Chechnya " named after Akhmad Kadyrov (the city of Grozny) in 2006-2008. Affiliation - DUM of Chechnya.
