Evgeny Aleksandrovich Korovin (September 30 (October 12), 1892 , Moscow - November 23, 1964 , Moscow ) - Soviet lawyer, specialist in international law, Honored Scientist of the RSFSR and the Uzbek SSR.

Milestones Biography
1915 - graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow University .
1923 - Professor of Moscow State University.
1935 - Member of the American Academy of Political Sciences.
1938 - Doctor of Law.
He worked at the Military Law Academy of the Soviet Army.
1946 - Corresponding Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
1957 - Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague .
1958 - at the session of the International Hugo Grotius Foundation in Munich, Korovin was awarded the Grotius Medal for great services in establishing the right of interstellar space.
1959 - Chairman of the Commission of the USSR Academy of Sciences on legal issues of interplanetary space.
1964 - died at the age of 72 years. He was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery .
For almost 20 years, E. A. Korovin taught at the Higher Diplomatic School of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs and lectured at the University of Paris and the Hague Academy of International Law. Head of the Department of International Law, Faculty of Law, Moscow State University.
