Alexander Ilyich Leonikov (real last name is Aranovich , November 27, 1926 , Pushkino , Moscow Region - August 26, 2015 , Prague ) is a Soviet and Russian poet [1] , writer , essayist, and publicist . The author of the text "Songs of Journalists" ( 1962 ).

Winner of the Prize of the Union of Journalists of the USSR , three times winner of the Literary Gazette, winner of the Ogonyok. Awarded the Order Badge of Honor , Honorary Badge of the Union of Journalists of Russia “Honor. Dignity. Professionalism ”( 2010 ), with medals. Honored Worker of Culture of the RSFSR ( 1987 ). Biography
The participant of the Great Patriotic War ( 1944 - 1945 ) [2] . He graduated from the Moscow Law Institute ( 1952 ). He worked in the " Literary Gazette ".
In the sixties - seventies of the XX century. devoted himself to the study and comparative analysis of socio-economic experiments unique in the USSR: self-government in labor collectives (“the Kaluga variant”); election of production managers; “Flexible schedules”: flexible working hours and time banks . [3] . In order to discuss them, a new genre was created in Literaturnaya Gazeta: ZOND - Open polemical tournaments, where the reading teams of supporters and opponents of pioneering ideas were crossed with swords, and the results were evaluated by experts. Member of the "Northern Expeditions of LG" (Surgut-Nefteyugansk, Kolyma , Kamchatka , Sakhalin ). During the years of “Gorbachev perestroika”, he was the chairman of the “Position” discussion club of the Central House of Writers ( TsDL ).
A well-known journalistic anthem is written on his poems: Vano Muradeli “The Song of Journalists” ( 1962 )
