“ Veter Vody ” is a Russian folk-rock band from Moscow . It was founded on October 4, 1999 by multi-instrumentalist Dan Skurida and vocalist / violinist Maria Larina .

Before, both musicians were members of the Til Ulenspiegel group, after the split of which the Wind Water and Mill groups were founded. In the latter, they worked until 2002 .
