Vasser was also a member of his country's water polo team, which performed at the 1912 and 1920 Summer Olympics . In both cases, his team lost in the first rounds of the playoffs and did not go to the next stages, including tournaments for second and third places.

Also, at the 1920 Games, Vasser took part in swimming competitions. At a distance of 400 meters freestyle he became the third in the quarter finals and did not go further, and in the relay 4 × 200 freestyle his team became the worst in the semifinals and did not go any further.
