Biography
Born in 1906 in Odessa.
He studied at the Studio Theater at the State Academy of Art Sciences in Moscow (1928-1931).
In 1930-1937, he was an actor in a theater studio under the direction of R. N. Simonov .
In 1937-1938 - in the theater "TRAM", in 1938-1941 - actor of the Moscow theater for children . At the same time he worked as an announcer in the All-Union Radio Committee, since 1937 - the announcer of the All-Union Radio .
He played in the performances "Enthusiasts" ( 1932 ), "Cherry Orchard" ( 1933 ), "Virgin Soil Upturned" ( 1934 ) and others. Also in 1934, starred in the movie "Spring Days".
Member of the Great Patriotic War , Honorary radio operator ( 1947 ).
He died in Moscow in 1995 . An urn with ashes was buried [2] in section No. 17 of the closed columbarium of the Vagankovsky cemetery . [3]
Wife - Sokolova-Tobias Klavdia Semenovna (1916-1980).
