He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after E.I. Repin (workshop of professors I.I. Fomin and S. B. Speransky ).
From 1969 to 1986 he worked in the workshop No. 5 of LenNIIIIproekt under the leadership of the honored architect of the RSFSR D. S. Goldgor .
