Natalya Aleksandrovna Bonk (nee Krol ; born July 2, 1924 , Moscow ) is a Russian teacher and linguist , author of the popular methodology for learning English.

Biography

Father - Alexander Efimovich Krol, before the revolution, graduated with a gold medal from the St. Petersburg Mining Institute ; subsequently headed the factory of paints and varnishes in Dorogomilovo , was its director, then chief engineer.

Mother - Rozalia Mikhailovna Krol-Boyarskaya, musician (pianist and singer), after three courses at the Odessa Conservatory in piano, moved to Moscow, studied vocal art with Evgenia Zbrueva .

Natalia Bonk studied at model school No. 25 (children of party and government leaders studied at this school). Her first foreign language at school was then popular German .

In 1945 she graduated from the Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages .

At different times, she taught English at courses of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR , at the Academy of Foreign Trade of the Russian Federation . He is currently the head of English courses at the Literary Institute. A. M. Gorky .

He is the author of a number of textbooks and developments in the field of English teaching methods (the most popular was co-authored with N. A. Lukyanova and G. A. Kotiy ).

Daughter - Irina Anatolevna Bonk (1951-2005), a graduate of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosova - was a co-author of her mother, she taught English in the courses of prof. N.A. Bonk. She was buried at Vostryakovsky cemetery [1] .
