Chinese Latinized Alphabet ( Latinxua Sin Wenz ; Chinese Control р 化 新 文字 , Pinyin : Lādīnghuà Xīn Wénzì , Pall .: Ladinghua Xin Wenzi ) is a Chinese alphabet used in the USSR in the 1930s .
The draft of the Latinized alphabet for Chinese living in the Soviet Union was put forward by Tsiu Zibo in 1929-1930 as part of the all-union process of romanization .
