Biography
Born into a peasant family. He graduated from the Buinaksky Financial Technical School, in 1961 - the correspondence department of the Rostov Institute of National Economy with a degree in economics, then graduate school at the Rostov Institute of National Economy. Candidate of Economic Sciences (1966), associate professor. Member of the CPSU (1960-1991), member of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
