Biography
Born May 25, 1940 in the city of Rasskazovo, Tambov Region . Graduated from the Kuibyshev Aviation Institute in 1963 with a degree in rocket science. From 1963 to 1967 - designer of the Progress plant. In 1967 - 1991 - Leading Engineer of TsSKB .
From 1991 to 1993 - Head of the Samara Fund for New Economic Research. From 1993 to 1995 - deputy of the State Duma of the 1st convocation .
Since 2001 - President of the Foundation for Basic Research in Social Sciences.
Since 2013 - scientific supervisor of the Concord Project .
