Maggie, an elderly widow, lives alone in her house in a suburb of London . Due to the lack of a good education, she never in her life worked, always remaining a housewife. Meanwhile, she desperately needs money to save her sick grandson Olli, who is threatened with death. Maggie, for whom human life is the highest good, does everything possible to raise money for the treatment of her grandson: she lays the house in which she lives, directs all available money for the treatment of Olli.

Meanwhile, it soon became known that Ollie needed a major operation in Australia . At the same time, all the costs associated with treatment fall on the shoulders of the unemployed parents of Olli, who every day more and more lose hope. Maggie, by all means, decides to find the money and sets off for the first time in her life in search of work. However, due to the lack of any qualifications, she is unable to find a source of income until she stumbles across the London sign “Waitresses Wanted. The salary is high. ” In complete despair, not seeing what this place is, Maggie goes down to the World of Sex club, and only there she learns from the owner of the club, Miki, what the proposed work really means. This news is shocking to her, but due to the lack of an alternative, she accepts the offer. Her work in the club is to masturbate the penis stuck in a special hole .

Over time, Maggie, under the pseudonym Irina Palm, becomes more successful in her occupation and earns about 800 pounds a week. At the end of the story, Maggie’s son understands his mother, he is grateful to her for her dedication, and together with his wife and son he goes to Australia for treatment. A relationship is built between Maggie and Mickey, which can develop into love in the future.
