Paspatis participated in both singles and doubles tennis tournaments at the Games. In the single player, he won in the first round and in the quarterfinal against Briton George Robertson and the Greek Aristidis Akratopoulos, respectively, but in the semifinal he lost to the future champion Briton John Pius Boland , and took third place with Hungarian Momchil Tapavitsa , since the match for third place was not held .
In the doubles tournament, he performed together with another Greek Evangelos Rallis, but in the first round of the tournament they lost to the other Greeks Dionisios Kasdaglis and Demetrios Petrokokkinos .
