Mine "Chervonogradskaya No. 3" - the planned coal mine in the Lviv-Volyn coal basin . Included in the Production Association State Utilities " Lvivugol ."
Mine "Chervonogradskaya number 3" will begin to be built in the spring of 2008 .
It is planned that 1,500 workers will work at the mine, 2 lavas and production at the level of 1.2 million tons of coal per year are planned, which will make the mine the largest in the Lviv-Volyn coal basin. The mine construction period is 5 years; financing is planned to be carried out from the state budget of Ukraine. Industrial reserves of the site on which the mine will be built are estimated from 74 million tons [1] to 103 million tons [2] .
The mine field of Chervonogradskaya No. 3 is located in the north of the Zabuzhskoye field and borders the field of the Stepnaya mine . There is a prospect of joining the balance reserves of the liquidated mine “Chervonogradskaya No. 5” [2] .
The commissioning of this mine will increase the annual coal production at the Lvivugol state enterprise from 3 to 4 million tons by 2010 [3] .
The general designer of the Chervonogradskaya No. 3 mine is the state enterprise UkrNIIproekt . In 2009, financing is planned in the amount of 10 million UAH, and in 2011 - up to 50 million. The total cost of construction works of the enterprise is about 2.5 billion UAH [2] .
