  • In April 2010 - re-elected head of the city of Biysk.
  • July 21, 2011 - Deputies of the Biysk City Duma dismissed Mayor Anatoly Mosievsky. The deputies voted for the termination of the powers of the head of the city and temporarily assigned his duties to Lydia Gromoglasova. [2]

Criminal prosecution

On April 27, 2010, criminal proceedings were instituted against Mosievsky. The mayor of Biysk was charged with crimes under Part 2 of Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - abuse of power committed by the head of local government [3] .

Sickness and death

In March 2013, after a serious operation, he fell into a coma. He died without regaining consciousness from a cardiac arrest in the regional clinical hospital in Barnaul.
