History
Near Ach during the Hungarian revolution of 1848-1849, a series of skirmishes occurred, of which the most significant occurred in the forest on August 3, 1849 [1] . In 1880, there were 4437 inhabitants in Ace, then a village. In front of the village, according to the ESBE, there was a castle of Prince Liechtenstein with an English garden and Roman antiquities [1] .
