The Moscow Upland is the eastern part of the Smolensk-Moscow Upland located within the Moscow ( Klinsko-Dmitrov Ridge ) and Vladimir ( Yuryevo Opole ) regions of Russia .

It stretched from the headwaters of the Moscow and Vori rivers to the headwaters of the Koloksha River.
The highest height is 310 m (in the area of the village of Shapkino, Mozhaysky district, Moscow region). This height is known as Zamri Mountain .
Relief - erosion - moraine . The hill is covered with mixed forests (the main tree species are spruce , birch and aspen ).
