Paul Heiko Landers ( German: Paul Heiko Landers ), nee Heiko Paul Hirsche ( German: Heiko Paul Hirsche ; born December 9, 1964 , Berlin , East Germany ) is a German musician , rhythm guitarist of Rammstein . Previously, he belonged to the GDR fan group Feeling B, which influenced the alternative GDR music scene from 1983 to early 1989 and recorded the first official punk album of state label Amiga shortly before the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Childhood
Heiko Paul Hirsch was born December 9, 1964 in Berlin in a family of Slavists Anton and Erica Hirsch.
By nationality, Anton Hirsch was a Czech , and Erica was a Polish . After World War II, they had to leave their home and move to Germany, to the city of Galle , where they, as students, met.
Heiko Paul Hirsch spent his childhood in Berlin , in the Baumschulenweg region. He studied mediocre at school and had very poor health, which gave rise to rumors that he was born prematurely .
Year Heiko lived in Moscow on Gubkina Street and studied at a school at the Embassy of the GDR , where he studied Russian. He still speaks it well, demonstrating his knowledge in interviews with Russian television channels [1] and at concerts in Russia, but cannot write and read.
Heiko also had a sister three years older than him, who learned to play the piano . He also studied piano, but the music teacher was unhappy with his behavior. After Hirsch studied clarinet playing .
In addition to musical hobbies, Heiko Hirsch was engaged in design. Among his primitive inventions was a lamp that turned on every time the door to his room opened. Hirsch was also a member of the Young Sailors Circle.
At 16, he left his parental home due to constant quarrels with his stepfather. Heiko Paul Hirsch changed his full name several times and eventually removed the name Heiko, becoming just Paul Hirsch.
Musical career
In 1983, Paul Hirsch together with Christian Lorenz and Alyosha Rompe founded the punk rock band Feeling B , which was later joined by Christoph Schneider . In 1986, along with Till Lindemann and Richard Kruspe, he took part in the formation of another group, First Arsch . He has also played on a number of other bands including Die Firma and Die Magdalene Keibel Combo .
In 1994, Lindemann, Kruspe, Schneider and bass player Oliver Riedel take part in the Berlin Senate Metro Beat Contest and become winners. This allows them to record 4 demo tracks in a professional studio. Landers and Flake will soon join them, and the newly formed group takes the name Rammstein .

Personal life
After school, Paul Hirsch studied at the same time as a telecommunications specialist, but it was very difficult to combine studies and a musical career.
Paul met his future wife, Nikki Landers, a native of Leipzig , in Hiddenza . A young couple illegally rented an apartment, which was commonplace in the GDR.
In 1984, they got married. However, the marriage did not last long and broke up in 1987 , but Paul retained his wife's last name.
In 1990, he became the father of the current actor Emil Reinke (June 22, 1990). Relations with his mother Reinke ended a few years later, in the early stages of the Rammstein group. Since the late nineties he had a relationship with a makeup artist, and since 2001 he has a daughter Lily Landers (2001).
