Career start
Born in a family of emigrants from Croatia. After graduation, Sandra planned to study painting. Sandru was introduced to Guano Apes by her friend, who wanted to know their opinion of her as a vocalist, and then to take her to his group. But with the filing of Henning (Henning Ruemenapp - guitarist Guano Apes) Sandra was lured. Guano Apes has come a long way from playing in bars and discos to the status of a group of the first magnitude in countries such as Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Croatia, Poland.
In 2001 , Sandra received the EinsLive Krone Award (1Live - German radio station) as the best singer.
In 2002, Sandra Nasich participated in the recording of Apocalyptica 's Cult album.
After the Guano Apes farewell tour ended in support of their best-selling collection of Planet of the Apes in February 2005 , Sandra announced that she was planning a solo career and signed a contract with the rock label GUN Records , which released all Guano Apes albums. The release of the album, which was called The Signal , was scheduled for late 2006 , but took place only at the end of 2007 . The album was released in three versions: Standart version, Limited edition, iTunes version. The last two include various bonus audio tracks and video clips.
